Who processes the data

The controller is Renokratt OÜ, registry code 17156232, Ehitajate tee 5/4, 19086 Tallinn, Estonia. For data protection questions, write to info@renokratt.ee.

What data we collect

  • E-mail: if you write to us, for example to order the service, the data in your message.
  • Address search: the address entered on the homepage is sent from your browser to the Estonian Land and Spatial Development Board address search and the building register, and through the website to the TalTech data harvester, to show the building data. The chosen building’s address is passed on to the demo. The website does not store it.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser data, processed by the hosting service to keep the site secure.

Why and on what basis

  • To fulfil an order and conclude a contract (General Data Protection Regulation, Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To answer a request and make an offer (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • For site security (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and statistics

The site does not use cookies and does not collect visitor statistics.

Who we share data with

Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed on our behalf by the hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. and by our e-mail service provider. Cloudflare is a US company; data is transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Demo

Data entered in the demo at demo.renokratt.ee is stored in your browser. Renokratt cannot see it.

How long we keep data

  • Orders and related correspondence: for the term of the contract and for 7 years as accounting source documents.
  • Requests that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a machine-readable form. Write to info@renokratt.ee; we reply within 30 days. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes

If we change this privacy policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
